As of March 25, 2026, our digital platforms have undergone a formal accessibility audit. Based on the evaluation of the defined scope, the platform demonstrates a high level of conformance with the following standards:

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level A and Level AA.
IS 17802 (Indian Standard for Digital Accessibility).

2. Audit Methodology & Scope

The audit was conducted by Flexi Unity Access Private Limited. The evaluation covered the main website, privacy policy, and the ODR portal. Testing included:

Assistive Technologies: Use of the NVDA screen reader.
Manual Inspection: Keyboard-only navigation and code inspection.

Visual Analysis: Testing at 200% and 400% zoom and using Color Contrast Analyzers.

3. Key Accessibility Features

Skip Navigation: A “Skip to Main Content” link is provided to allow keyboard users to bypass repetitive headers.
Semantic Markup: Information and relationships are programmatically determined to ensure content is correctly conveyed to assistive technologies.
Text Readability: Text can be resized without loss of functionality, and we maintain a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
Predictable Navigation: Interactive elements follow a logical focus order and do not trigger unexpected changes upon receiving focus.
